Shipping Info

Covid-19 Information:

Please note that delivery in the U.S. may be delayed by a few days. I am not responsible for any delays due to these changes as it is not within my control. Please allot for these extra times when ordering as a precaution.

 

Shipping:

PLEASE make sure you fill in your address correctly when checking out! If you realize there was an error in your address, please contact me with the correct details as soon as possible. If an address looks incomplete, I may try to contact you for confirmation.

 

Most orders ship within a few days to one week, however it may take up to two weeks in rare situations. Packages are shipped any day from Monday to Saturday depending on the quantity. Once it's sent out, it may take between two to seven days to receive your order.

 

Delivery Issues:

If you have not received your order after four weeks, or your order is damaged or lost, please send me a message.

 

I am not responsible for any damage, failure of delivery, or loss in transit caused by the shipping process. Always check with your local post office if you have any issues with your delivery. I cannot offer a refund or replace items lost in transit.

    International:

    Currently I do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. If you're outside of the U.S, please send me a message! If there is enough interest, I may start shipping to that country or open up internationally altogether.

     

    Preorders:

    Preorders do not get shipped until the time stated in the listing. If your regular order contains a preorder item, then the package will be sent out once the preorder arrives.
